Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2821638.

No emergency access, health and safety being ignored as the drivers beacons are not flashing especially the green seat belt one, cowboys took over a day to do a simple road crossing, left open, no road plates for access. And using threatening behaviour towards cyclists

  • Absolute joke , the usual "not lcc problem". There was no emergency access, HSE violations it might soon be your problem granting it to be closed. Haydon Thomas walnut cottage pe203sr

  • ALOT of elderly people live in the local area. Alot of health problems, no emergency access, kyra nettle the highways officer should be ashamed of herself, and all the gravel at the top of the bridge.
