  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because the kerbstone in question is in a zero footfall location, with the carriageway having no footway and the designated footpath for cyclists and pedestrians set apart from the road. The debris in question has been removed and we are satisfied that no safety issue is presented to road users. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • It doesn't say much about the quality of workmanship or materials if this has broken within weeks of opening? Will it be repaired in the future or ignored indefinitely?
