Yet again the bollard at this junction is detatched and in the middle of the road
Previously i said to you these bollards need to be illuminated as in the dark that junction is a nightmare
Last year reported the reflectors on the run up were filthy and didnt work , this was ignored and after doing a beautiful redurfacing job on that road making it a pleasure to drive on you didnt address these issues, i feel no one actually visited the site in the dark , being high ground the area in winter is prone to mist and fog frequently
AT THE VERY LEAST FIX THE BOLLARDS AND ACTUALLY CLEAN/REPLACE THE REFLECTORS IN THE GRASS AT THE RUN UP TO THE ROAD (REPLACE WOULD BE BETTER OR CATS EYES)
ILLUMINATE THE CENTRE ISLAND BOLLARDS, 2 ARE POINTLESS WHERE ONE WOULD SUFFICE BUT THE ONES THERE ARE SO DIRTY AND BATTERED THEY ALSO DO NOTHING.......THANKS
