The entire junction area

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2822171.

The overhead lighting is not working. The entire junction is in darkness and the junction itself it’s of such a layout that vehicle become side on to other vehicle when approaching/crossing the centre of the junction. At Night it is very dangerous with no lighting
