Highways ‘Self-set highways shrub’ is preventing access to lighting column 001 for pending maintenance work. The plot outside number 5 has been legally confirmed as a highways service stip. Over time the service strip ‘Self-set highways shrub’ has merged with the residential hedge and appears as one however google maps for 2009 show they are two different entities.
