Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We have an update. Our highways team have issued this work out to one of their delivery gangs. We’ll let you know when the job is complete.

This problem, first reported on the 28th of June, still has not been fixed! Is there any chance that this drain will be unblocked any time soon? Please advise.

Despite being informed by email yesterday that this drain is in progress to be unblocked, as is shown in the attached photo taken at 3.50 today the 30th of January, it clearly hasn’t been touched.

Another 12 days have passed and still this drain has not been unblocked despite being advised on the 29th of January that it is in progress! Spoke to Steve at LCC Highways Department who told me that he would arrange for “somebody” to give an update on the non existent progress - to date that has not happened.
