Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2822752.
The road has deteriorated beyond belief over the last few months. Not only is the whole stretch covered in large potholes, the road surface has now deteriorated that much it is now just mud. It is a clear danger when driving as you skid and can go into one of the very deep potholes that stretch across the full width of the road. Outside Hollytree Farmhouse the verge has suck that much it is now causing serious concern for vehicles. Vehicles accessing our property have started to say they may have to stop deliveries as some drivers deem the road unsafe. Please resurface the whole road and make it fir for purpose.

We're sending you this message to let you know that we've assessed the road condition. We have identified this location for a larger scale improvement scheme. At this stage we are unable to give specific dates for this or definitely commit to the scheme because we prioritise these schemes based on condition compared with the rest of the County road network and the resources available to us each year. We will continue to monitor this location as part of our routine inspections of the highway in the meantime. Thank you for reporting this matter.
