Investigating
Monson Road from the edge of the village
Reported via mobile in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 08:56, Wed 13 November 2024
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2823340.
Although the hedge above ground level has been cut back and now allows safe walking the path at ground level is badly obstructed. Significant debris and soil from where hedge had been allowed to become overgrown now reduces the useable path to approximately 30cm in places, making it dangerous for pushchairs and wheelchairs. As this section is in the National Speed Limit I understand that a properly approved contractor is required to do the work. As Northorpe has very little safe walking space I believe this should be a priority.
