This is additional information for REFERENCE NUMBER 4198769. You have asked for more information. At the end of pottinger gardens (Draycott end), it is a cul-de-sac. As you stand looking towards the Draycott end, there is an area to the right hand side that is tarmacked. There are some sunken kerbs also. ACIS housing association is claiming the tarmacked area belongs to them and the wasteland. We feel all the tarmac is highways. ACIS have sent a map, that I forwarded to you showing what belongs to them. Yet we feel it is incorrect. Could you tell me exactly the measurements that are highways or some other method we can use, this is to clear up a parking issue that is causing alot of distress. Many thanks.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
