Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2823583.

Two large potholes in the pavement. Has previously been reported (photos sent). Been reported and looked at by different departments, has prevented new tarmac being laid leaving a large area with old tarmac where the holes are located.
