Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2823593.

I know the lights go off at 11pm or something like that but when the clocks changed the started to come on at 4.45am this was very helpful I’m walking my dog before work and there are plenty of people about :) last week they have stopped coming on at 4.45 am which makes it impossible to see again :(. Would it be possible for them to come back on at this time in the morning again please. Makes me feel a lot safer and I’m guess all the others going to work :) kind regards Carl 30 Langrick rd
