Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2823814.

Walking home from town event at 11:30 Saturday evening to get home while street lighting was on to find that all the street lights were off at this time on our estate leaving us to walk home in total darkness, whilst I appreciate the cost of street lights it surely must be a minimum legal requirement to provide lighting to get home at least until midnight before switching them all off? We all like To support business in our town and would like to be able to get home safely.
