Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824064.

The tarmac from the pavement I still splashed up my house and ha not been removed. although you have sent me an email saying it's fixed!!!! Please fix asap! This is ruining my house. Call urgenty 07922296454 to arrange an appointment
