Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824145.
Fitting completely out and not working its not flickering like the the driver is at fault, you would need to go with a new head, photocell or streetlight cutout fuse or just replace all. Column number is 2. Its just happened in the last 24 hours as i walk the dog through here.
