1/2 mile i have a small yard at the bottom of the unsurfaced road you lcc have in the past been involved in keeping the road usable the farmers over the last month have destroyed the road again i need to use this road regularly to drive down in a small van to feed up,could you please advise farmers they have a legal duty to remove the 6 to 10 in of sludge they have deposited and fill in ,resurface this road as local as shown on the map owns a large section of it, and I as a tax payer need to use it regularly, that is know not in a few months
