2 minimum visibly blocked kerbside drains

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824192.
These have been blocked full to the top for a long time. So much so the original reports have disappeared. I imagine they've been blocked 3 years and existing reports state they will be cleaned on the next "schedule of works". Considering the gulley cleaner was present in louth last night at 9pm it hasn't cleaned any of the drains that can be seen to be blocked from the cab of a lorry, let alone from human inspection height.
