Dangerous Sycamore tree with broken branches hanging above the A607

Reported via mobile in the Dying or diseased tree category anonymously at 14:10, Sat 23 November 2024

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824277.

The dangerous tree opposite Bridge Cottages, Cliff Road, Welbourn that has been reported to you on numerous occassions, has new broken branches hanging off above the A607.

Someone needs to remove them and remove this dangerous tree before it kills someone.

Given the poor state of this tree and the numerous reports you've had about it I'm surprised you haven't sought in-house legal advice on this given your clear liability for any damage, injury or death caused....someone may want to review Witley Parish Council v Cavanagh EWCA Civ 2232 before closing this report as you have the others without doing anything.

Should I seek an Urgent Works Notice from District Council here, against yourselves at County?
