Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824453.
Fallen tree branch, the trees on Riby road were moving a lot over the weekend with the high winds, before someone gets hurt or a property gets damaged please have the trees looped/trimmed at your earliest convenience, they are a continuous hazard.
This is as they say in health and safety, reasonably foreseeable so please do what is reasonably practicable.

Good afternoon, thank you for your enquiry. We have spoken to our tree officer who has inspected the site. The trees are protected under a Tree Preservation Order, although after inspection it was confirmed there was some deadwood dislodged. However no safety concern is present at this moment in time. Rest assured we will continue to monitor the situation and acted accordingly if the tree officer feels there is a danger. Thank you for reporting this matter.

Again the council are failing the people who's houses are on the odd numbers side of Riby Road Keelby, in particular houses numbered between 21 and 41.
The tree's are clearly in need of cutting back, the branches are within a few feet of our houses, telephone lines are covered with branches, as you say yourself there is loose deadwood branches, broken driveways lifted by tree roots, it's got to the point where sometimes I move my car to another street because on a windy day branches will come down. I appreciate there are TPO'S on these but you the council as Holders of these trees are not doing you duty of care and failing badly by not maintaining these trees.
Please be aware that as of now I will be holding you the council responsible should any branch no matter what size hits/damages my car or house
