Manhole/drain cover on pavement/verge problem

Customer has called to report that the two developments in the area are causing damages, the aforable housing one from LCC has broken up the footpath caused damages to kerbs,said one of the kerbside is 3 inches down the road has also been broken up, the road is not big enough for lorries to get down so they have to mount the pavement, the second development has left a container in the layby obstructing it and letting concreate from their site run down on to the road.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
