This is urgent: every time it rains the drain near the lollipop lady and outside the butchers overflow and flood the crossing. My children get soaked feet on the way to school and the lollipop lady is drenched walking in the overflowing puddles. The drains are that full that even in a dry day you can see the water in the drain almost at the top already. This has been ongoing for years and is never emptied. Is there a blockage? Collapsed drain? It’s totally unsafe
