Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824927.

Rain water is not draining away, which causes it to form a large puddle, as the road is higher than the footpath and houses , in the heavy rain we’ve been having ,it pools in our front garden and path to the house. leaving mud and silt when it eventually drains away ,we’re concerned it will flood into our front doorway.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
