Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2824930.

Severely blocked drain, been this way for a long time. Previously incorrectly reported as being adjacent to Number 62 Church Street, this was reported back in June and no remedial action has been taken. I am reporting again with correct street number in a vain hope some action will be taken. Drain is blocked with mud etc to level of drain cover. Area is subject to flooding so prompt action would be appreciated.
