  • Hello,
Thanks for letting us know about this matter to do with this public right of way. Just so that you know, this is what’s classified as a ‘Priority 4 Path’ within our current Lincolnshire County Council policy. Because this path is a ‘4’ there’s no specific timescale for resolution of bridge issues. What happens with this category of path is that all issues are investigated and the resolved at the same time, so when the path does have a workplan actioned then ALL issues outstanding are taken care of in one go. We’ll let you know when anything happens further on this matter but, for now, we won’t be carrying out any work at this site.
BUT! If any report made to us is a Health and Safety matter, then this will be dealt with in a timescale that’s appropriate. We’ll assess each report made this way on its own merit, and then take the right measures to ensure safety for those who are using the path.
