Street light doesn’t come on at correct time but is on all through night. The problem started as the clocks changed and hasn’t corrected itself. It sometimes does come on for a couple of hours then turns off. The cul de sac has many elderly occupants. Lamppost is located between 11 and 13 Ellison Close, LN22SE
