  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because this gully was cleaned on the 01/03/24 and no defects were reported and at the time all appears to be working well. No action required at this present time as there is no flood risk to life or property. The problem may be due to the drains being full to capacity. If this matter worsens please report this to us again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
