Blocked drain problem

Ditch running from Tanners Lane ‘triangle’ along W side of Tanners Lane completely overgrown. LCC have tried to get the landowner to clear it – without success. LCC to arrange for ditch to be cleared out, probably via the Internal Drainage Board.
