Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because we have investigated and do not feel that the gully is too high for surface water to drain into, see photo attached. We attended after very severe rainfall and no issues were found. Thank you for reporting this matter.
