Standing water remaining after rain due to possible blocked drain. I do not know how long it took to clear as I did not take the photos myself.

They will blame this on "extreme conditions" and won't clean the obviously blocked drain. What happened to cleaning out the gulleys annually. There are so many blocked drains in louth the public need to make lincolnshire country council aware.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.
