This flooding occurs every time there is rain, caused by a previously reported blocked drain. My main concern is that it is the only footpath down this road and forces pedestrians to walk out almost into the middle of the road. I have witnessed two near accidents between pedestrians and vehicles this week and fear it is just a matter of time before someone is knocked down. The traffic on this side of the road. Is coming around a bend with poor vision, especially on these dark evenings and the water takes days to disappear. I know you were not worried about the flood risk from my previous report and neither am I, but I hope you are concerned about the publics safety. Kind regards Paul Atkinson
