  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. Appropriate enforcement action has been taken and we will continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation for further repairs in the spring. Thank you for reporting this matter.
