Cut through from partney road to woodland avenue
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2826083.
After repeated complaints the hedge has blown over in the recent storm. My daughter in the pic is 1m tall and has to bend down to get through. Impassable now & needs urgent attention.
