I’ve hit the pothole as a car was overtaking me and there was a car coming head on so I’ve moved so I don’t get hit off my ped and hit the pothole and it’s broken my bike. The engines been smashed and the wheels bent from where the engines snapped and hit it.

I am unsure what to do as my bike has have to be took off the road because off the damage coursed by the roads we pay road tax for
