The gully is clearly blocked, this gully has been reported numerous times, this is not just a case of cleaning out the gully pot, it needs the pipework to the main drain checking as it does not seem to empty at all. In terms of surface water flooding, the water running down station approach can be heavy and this gully is one of the main gullies to catch this flow
