Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2826563.

I travel down Carholme road every night at 17 10 and am at a loss to understand why some nights I drive nearly straight up to the lights to turn right on to the bridge and other nights it’s queued back to moor street I have noticed that the timings change and dont understand why as there are never any queues coming over the bridge and from newland direction

Who is messing around with the light timings There needs to be more allowance for cars coming down Carholme road to town
