Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2826576.
The tree root outside out property has been growing into our drive way and lifting up our blocks causing a massive trip hazard, we have made a complaint a few years back and was basically told it didn't warrnet being fixed at that time, my daughter has fallen over the raised blocks and these roots are now very close to the outer wall of out property, this needs fixing and doing ASAP.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

Still nothing, this needs to be rectified, a serious injury may happen because of the councils incompetence and slow response.
