Mellow orange street lights in Harmston Park have been replaced by stark white LED units. PN17 is directly opposite our main bedroom window and the intense light is intrusive and annoying, akin to a prison camp. Furthermore, this artificial daylight is affecting the birds who now have taken to singing at 0230 in the morning thinking it's dawn. Request urgent action is taken to reduce the intensity of the lights as the pollution is unacceptable.
