Potholed drain surround. Could have been repaired last night with other repairs

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2827245.

You repaired the cracked road last night yet ignored this large potholed drain cover surround less than 2 metres away from it. Why was this not done at the same time to save costs? This has been reported before and ignored again.

Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

We are sorry but we are not taking immediate action with this report because these defects will be repaired in the timescales dictated by Highway law and LCC policy, and contractor availability. Thank you for reporting this matter.
