Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2827427.
Resident opposite has a metal fencing erected and insitu for the last 20yrs. It is now unstable and has slipped to now cover some road. It’s is dangerous and not been addressed by the resident. The parking by the side of it is used by OAP residents who have limited mobility and frailty. It is dangerous. It is also a bus route and could damage cars which park there. It is also an eyesore for residents who can not leave their home. They blow in the winds and someone could get hurt.

Good afternoon, LCC have coned the surrounding area off to traffic. I have been in touch with building control at WLDC who have asked the resident to carry out remedial works. It’s been over a month since my initial contact and it doesn’t appear to have much change made. Please can I receive an update.
