71 year old uncle has walked home due to no signs being up correctly has walked up the bridge thinking it was all open again a car light has blinded him and he has fallen down the hole causing severe eye injury and crack in glass He has no mobile phone and no one was around. He has managed to get home bruised and in severe pain
