Drain still blocked after 2 years of you being made aware

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2828825.
You are aware of this and have had numerous reports of this drain, yet are asking for reports on social media, so why ignore the previous ones?

Please specify when this has been scheduled for as this is a vague response. You've been aware of this for over 3 years and it's not been cleaned in this time.
