Drain at the curb side

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 2828948.

Unknown cause. Any amount of rain and it’s backed up causing standing water for 5-10m alongside the curb and stretching into the road meaning pedestrians are at risk of being drenched when cars pass by. This water is then sprayed onto the driveways of 99/99A causing large puddles too. Been a problem over 1 year now
