St Johns passage wall mounted oblong light, half way down

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2829255.

The wall mounted light in the pedestrian passage way has not been working for a long time. I now regularly use the passage in the dark and I feel very vulnerable. Please fix.
