Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2829456.

I see this has been reported, however, nothing is being done about it. It has only been like this for perhaps the last 2 years. Not safe to travel through in a small car and impassable on foot. Requires URGENT attention. You cannot see the level of the water when it is dark.
