Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2829594.

Water always flowing along the edge of the road, goes west to the jct with Canwick Road and sometimes down the hill. This happens all the time all year round. Suspect it's coming from a spring. It's frozen at the moment and quite dangerous for pedestrians.
