Just before the bend at the top of the hill
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2829641.
The drain is sunk into the road at around 35mm meaning when I have driven over it my nearly new tyre has been burst. This is impractical and has caused me to have to pay an expensive bill for calling an out of hours tyre fitter. I would like compensating for the cost of the tyre please. Thanks in advance
