Blacksmiths Lane East Keal junction with A16 Hall Corner

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2829644.

Bin half empty and likely to be empty by next week. There is also a lot of stagnant water in the bin. Also the grit in the bins at Fen Lane and church Lane has set solid and needs breaking up to be usable. Thanks.
