Flooding closing one side of the road

The road floods outside Eau Farm Cottage along the High Street, Swaton, NG34 0JL. The water in the photo had reduced as was far greater across and along the road the water had iced up which is a danger. Luckily some residents had the forethought to section it off but this keeps happening, especially after heavy rain or a flood. You need to look for the cause.
