Blocked drain problem

Customer reporting blocked drain and flooding. 'There is a constant leak that is now turning into a 800 metre stream as all the drains are either blocked or collapsed. This was reported 5 years ago and runs from Orchard Close down to Cliff Road and now as far as Stevenson Road and Hazlewood Drive.'
