Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2830323.

Caller states drain o/s property is completely blocked causing water to stand in the road whenever there is light rain. You can physically see the blockage.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • We cleaned this areas drains in the last year (November2024) and upon inspection showed that it is working well and clear. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.
