Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2830450.

Large pine trees on verge have overgrown and encroached on the stone boundary wall, causing its partial collapse. Trees will need removing to prevent further damage and to allow reinstatement of the boundary wall in the correct position.

  • I have received a letter from the Legal team to say that a decision has been made to remove all trees and shrubs from the verge at the front of my property, i.e. a broader scope than originally reported.

Please can I be added for receiving updates, and as the contact to discuss scope, logistics and scheduling?

My email address is john.gasson@outlook.com and my mobile number is 07973 758290

I am keen to ensure that the scope and detail is clear and agreed by all parties for instructing the contractor.

  • The trees were removed on Tuesday last week (27th May), but the stumps have yet to be ground out. Has this work been planned in as yet? I am awaiting the work to complete to allow the reinstatement of the collapsed boundary wall. Thanks.
